Field Trip to the Gila Cliff Dwellings The field trip to the cliff dwellings usually takes place on Wednesday afternoon. It provides a nice break from the classroom, and gives participants a chance to earn cultural competency CEU's. Participants sign up to carpool, and are given work to complete as a group during the drive on the way to the Cliff Dwellings, and on the way back. Upon arrival at the Cliffs, participants may take the short (45 min.) self guided tour of this historic site. Work will be collected by the designated group leader and submitted to the Institute faculty for evaluation so that credits can be awarded. More about the Gila Cliff Dwellings
